If you like free, fun music, Thank You, Christmas! is my self-produced, unusual, quirky little winter set of sings celebrating all things holidays. I’m sort of participating with the Advent Conspiracy on this, sharing a gift from my creativity. These songs aren’t typical holiday fare, but they are fun and spiritual. Please spread theword!
In my junior high era, my brother was proudly part of an A/V class in high school where they made a pretty terrible news show featuring the goings on of Anadarko High. The show aired on our local public channel, along with city council meetings and static announcement screens. Fun stuff.
When I finally got to the take class, I carried on the tradition as proudly as I could. I think only one person ever told me they happened to see one of my expertly crafted comedic stories about fall fashions. Terrible stuff.
As amateur as it was, it probably won’t be featured at the Found Footage Festival, where a couple of guys have developed an extensive library of strange and bizarre videos from ill-fated attempts to cash in on fads to weird people and their weird talents on public access tv.
If you haven’t checked out Found Footage yet, do so. Enjoy. Wonder at the diversity and crazy that is the human race.
